November 2001 Quarterly Ground Water Monitoring <br /> 1645 Cherokee Lane,Stockton,CA <br />' Hydro-Environmental Technologies,Inc <br />' found in the ground water samples submitted for analysis Because no TPH as gasoline was detected in <br /> the initial and first quarter ground water monitoring event, PHS/EHD removed the five fuel oxygenates, <br /> 1,2-DCA and EDB from the ground water monitoring rounds <br />' During the previous quarter, one additional ground water monitoring well (MW-4) was installed per the <br /> request of PHS/EHD A report of that investigation can be found under separate cover <br /> Figure 1 is a site location map, Figure 2 is the DP soil boring and ground water monitoring well locations <br />' map <br /> 2.0 GROUND WATER MONITORING AND SAMPLE METHODOLOGY <br />' The ground water monitoring and sample analysis was conducted in accordance with approved U S <br /> Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) methods, California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 23 <br />' procedures, and guidelines from the PHDIEHD This investigation was conducted under the direct <br /> supervision of a California Registered Geologist (R G} <br /> 2.1 Health and Safety Plan <br /> For this investigation, HETI personnel revised the site specific health and safety (H&S) plan in <br />' accordance with the requirements of the USEPA 29 CFR 1910 120 and California Cal-OSHA GISO <br /> 5192 All on-site HETI and subcontractor personnel were required to adhere to the H&S plan and were <br /> required to have had 29 CFR 1910 120 training and its annual update The HETI project manager had the <br /> appropriate 29 CFR 1910 120 and California GISO 5192 eight-hour supervisor's course <br />' 2.2 Ground Water Measurements and Sampling <br />' On November 15, 2001, HETI measured and sampled the subject site's ground water from the developed <br /> monitoring wells During the current sampling round, all of the ground water monitoring wells were dry <br />' (MW-1 to MW-4) <br /> 2 <br /> 1 <br />
