INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF WORK <br /> At"the request of Mr 'Ellis Cecchinl of Cecchlm, Cecchlm and ' Giovannom, Advanced " <br />' GeoEnvironmental,Inc (AGE),has prepared this Problem Assessment Report(PAR)for 3535 East <br /> Cherokee Road(site), Stockton,California The location of the site is Illustrated in Figure 1 A plan <br />' of the site is Illustrated in Figure 2 <br /> The purpose of this PAR is to summarize the preliminary Investigation and evaluation of the <br />' subsurface release on the site, to descnbe the lateral and vertical extent of the impact of fuel <br /> components to soil and ground water and to evaluate the feasibility and costs of several remedial <br /> action alternatives for impacted soil and ground water at the site This PAR was prepared in <br />' accordance with guidelines established by the Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central <br /> Valley Region(RWQCB)for preliminary investigation and evaluation of underground storage tank <br /> (UST) sites <br /> I i , <br /> • 2.0.
