ESE recommends continued quarterly monitoring of all monitoring wells at the site <br /> The recommended monitoring program is as follows <br /> G Quarterly water level measurements in all monitoring wells. The water supply <br /> wells should be surveyed and included in quarterly water level measurements <br /> O Quarterly ground water sampling with analysis for TPH as gasoline and diesel <br /> and BTEX in well UST-1, and <br /> 0 Quarterly reporting of all site activities related to the underground tank area <br /> (fueling island) including interim remediation <br /> 1 2. Due to the continued presence of low concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbons in <br /> well UST-1, ESE recommends continuation of interim remedial activities for the <br /> Second Quarter of 1994 on a bi-weekly basis <br /> 3 Additional ground water morutoring wells and vadose zone recovery wells should be <br /> placed at the site in order to assess the presence of a plume of petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons in ground water and remediate the unsaturated soil zone <br /> F\6925400\1gmr94 rpt 7 Env:ronmenta!Science&Engweenng,Inc <br />
