Cc: Anderson, Michael B • •
Subject: Cherokee Freight Lines Well Drilling Permit
Hello Mike,
I am working with Mike Anderson on the installation of monitoring wells
at the Cherokee Freight Lines facility in Stockton, CA. I had a couple
of issues I wanted to verify before I sent off the permit application
package.
1) In an email to Mike Anderson you stated that MFR form is not
necessary because the wells fall under the Department's Water Quality
section.
2) There was an issue regarding Wilmarth Road. If Wilmarth Road is not
a private road, we will have to submit $500 in fees (2 x $250) . Is it
necessary to complete two well permit applications, or will one
application with the fee for both permits be sufficient.
The well permit application permit will include a workplan, a letter
from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board approving
the workplan, the permit application, and a fee of $250 or $500
(depending on the status of Wilmarth Road) . We will send the permit
application so that you will receive in by Friday.
Thanks for you help!
Mike Wademan
Michael Wademan, P.E.
Nolte Associates
1750 Creekside Oaks Drive, Suite 200
Sacramento, CA 95833
(916) 641-9151 direct
(916) 641-9222 fax
michael.wademan@nolte.com
2
