Mr. Ken Smith -2- 27 October 1987 <br /> Department and Regional Board staffs on your project, you should <br /> continue to work with both agencies to comply with their <br /> respective regulations pertaining to closure or site mitigation. <br /> Under our authority in Section 13267 of the Water Code we require <br /> that you furnish two copies of the following technical reports: <br /> 1) closure plan, 2) post-closure plan, and 3) report of waste <br /> discharge, if appropriate, to be received in this office no later <br /> than 31 December 1987 .
