The <br /> time interval between excavation and disposal will be defined by <br /> the methods of treatment or disposal chosen. If elapsed time is <br /> to exceed 90 days, appropriate permits for treatment and storage <br /> will be obtained by Delta-Truck Sales and Applied GeoSystems. <br /> Isolation of Excavation <br /> The excavation is isolated from public access by fencing around <br /> the perimeter of the site. Further, the area of the former <br /> impoundment is currently fenced on three sides. The planned <br /> excavation is thus isolated from public access by existing <br /> features. We recommend that the )excavation be clearly posted and <br /> kmarked with} highly visible warnin�q .�;(construction tape or <br /> ;lagging,on barricades) where access is not blocked by fending toi <br /> prevent accidental entry by site employees.' <br /> Excavation should be scheduled for the dry season. If rainfall <br /> appears likely prior to processing of laboratory data, imported <br /> clean fill material should be brought in to backfill the <br /> 7 <br />
