As you may be
aware, both facilities are actively undergoing Comprehensive Environmental Response,
Compensation, and Liability Act remediation under the federally mandated National Contingency
Plan.
A major factor in the success and progress that has occurred at the Tracy Site has been the
active support provided to the Federal and State regulatory agencies by Mr. Marshall Cloud,
DDJC Tracy's Project Manager. Mr. Cloud has been DDJC Tracy's Project Manager since 1989
and is to be commended for the work he has done for the Tracy Site's Installation Restoration
Program. He has assisted in expediting the remediation process by providing the agencies the
support, direction and resources necessary to evaluate site conditions and has maintained his
commitment to reducing costs.
California Environmental Protection Agency
® Printed on Recycled Paper
tud.eb
fR 19W.IH9
