The Department authorized <br /> Respondent to manage hazardous waste by a permit issued on <br /> June 30, 1989 . The United States Environmental Protection Agency <br /> authorized Respondent to manage hazardous waste by a permit issued <br /> on October 19, 1990. <br /> Generator. The Respondent generates the following <br /> hazardous waste: automotive maintenance waste, triple rinse <br /> water, waste associated with painting operations, sandblasting <br /> waste, waste solvents, off-specification products, and absorbent <br /> waste. <br /> 1 <br />
