Currently these waste water ponds receive approximately 125 gpm (180,000 <br /> gallons per day or gpd) from the IRM system, and approximately 28 gpm (40,000 gpd) from the <br /> waste water treatment plant. Based on this information, the Board approves the request for an <br /> extension for the modifications to the WDRs to discharge into the stormwater and waste water ponds <br /> from November 1993 through March 1994. Verbal approval to allow continued discharge into the <br /> ponds was granted per a telephone conversation between Marshall Cloud and Board staff James <br /> Taylor on 29 October 1993. This letter serves to document this approval for the administrative <br /> record.
