We are not convinced that State <br /> concerns regarding the approach to ground water monitoring have <br /> been incorporated into the plan, specifically for pesticides and <br /> metals. We recommend that the final plan be a topic of discussion <br /> for the project manager' s meeting scheduled for late April.
