Army Corps of Engineers(USACE) Project Cntemist. All samples <br /> were coikx'u-d as uutlineal in the Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP), Revision 1. The SAP <br /> is includexl in Attachment 1. <br /> 2 Daily Quality Control Repam Minor deviations from the SAP occurred. The <br /> documentation is in Attachment 2 <br /> 2.1 One (1) additional sample was collect from the stockpiled soil for quality control <br /> purposes. The sample TRACY-17 is a duplicate of TRACY-01. <br /> 2-1 One(1)of two chain of custody seal waw tom during sample dol very. The cooler <br /> was in the possession of the USAC:E Chemist at the time and sample integrity was not <br /> compromised. <br /> 3 Field Notes. The field notebook will be kept with the project file. Copies of the field <br /> note are included as Attachment 3. <br /> 4 Chain-of-Custody Forms. The chain-ofcusmdy forms(COC)v ill be kept with the project <br /> file. Copies of the COCs are included in Attachment 3. <br /> 5 Analytical Data Surnrnary. The soil samples were analyzed for lead and arsenic by the <br /> Waste Extraction Methud(Califumia Code of Regulations,Title 22, Division 4- MrIe 22)) <br /> as outlined in the SAP. Nu sample exceeded the Soluble Threshold Limits Concentration <br /> values stated in Title 22. The RnRlytiCil data package is included as Attachment 4. <br /> 6 Conclusions. The analytical results from this sampling effort confirm that the stockpiled <br /> soil from the Suhsktenca Warehouse does not exceed the Soluble Thccshuld Limit <br /> Concentrations for lead and arsenic as oudined in Title 22. <br /> 7 Sampling Report January 1993 <br />
