Hinson: <br /> Defense Distribution Region West (DDRW) , Tracy Facility, is <br /> forming a Technical Review Committee (TRC) . This committee is <br /> required by the Federal Superfund statute and is designed to <br /> engage the surrounding community in DDRW Tracy's environmental <br /> cleanup decision-making process . In addition, the committee will <br /> serve to keep local residents and business community apprised of <br /> the cleanup efforts at DDRW Tracy. DDRW Tracy will select from <br /> those who respond to this solicitation and express a willingness <br /> to serve on the committee. <br /> The TRC will meet on a quarterly basis or as the situation may <br /> require. <br /> Before you make a decision, however, you are invited to attend a <br /> presentation on the extent of the ground water contamination at <br /> Tracy and our progress in its cleanup. Based upon this overview, <br /> you will be able to better decide whether you wish to become a <br /> member. <br /> This presentation is scheduled for 10 December 1992 , 6 :00 P.M. , <br /> at the Tracy Branch Library, 20 E.
