No. CA4971520834. <br /> As a result of that inspection, violations of the hazardous <br /> waste laws and regulations were identified. Specific violations <br /> are listed below. Failure to correct the violations within the <br /> time specified will result in citations for continuing/additional <br /> violations by the Department. <br /> I. Schedule of Violations: <br /> 1. Section 25201(a) , California Health and Safety Code. <br /> Owners and operators of a facility that stores <br /> hazardous waste. . .must hold a Hazardous Waste Facility <br /> Permit from the Department. <br /> DDRW is in violation of said section in that the <br /> Facilities Permit issued by the Department only allows <br /> for the storage of hazardous waste in drums. DDRW is <br /> presently storing hazardous waste in the 2000 gallon <br /> storage tank located at Building 200. <br /> 2 . Section 66265. 31, Title 22, California Code of <br /> Regulations (Cal.
