Three bailer
volumes of groundwater were collected and discarded prior to collection of the
groundwater samples for analysis. The samples were poured directly into
pre-cleaned labeled sample bottles supplied by the analytical laboratory. The
bottles were immediately placed into chilled coolers containing ice for transport to
the laboratory.
• All water purged from the wells was discharged Int trailer-mounted holding
tank, and transported to the lined industrial was!e,ponds rlocated in the northwest
section of the site for disposal.
rr
i
f
• All samples were transported to,/ihe'' aaiilytical laboratory, ETC, under
chain-of-custody protocol. `W•'
5.1.3 Water Supply Wells (f_
5.1.3.1. Groundwater from the twowater supply'wells was purged prior to sampling by
opening the spigot closest to the well head, ,Periodically during purging, water quality
parameters (pH, tempetatum,'and specific conductance) were measured and recorded in the
water sampling log books (gpj
endia H).
