All regulatory people <br /> agreed . <br /> The regulatory agencies (County EHD , RWQCB , DTSC , and EPA) all <br /> agreed DDRW Tracy needs a quarterly off-site drinking water <br /> well monitoring program. EPA would like to see it be monthly . <br /> The comment was made that if DDRW Tracy provided water to the <br /> Roses and Robertsons , why should we have a monthly program? <br /> The only people at risk would be protected. <br /> DDRW Tracy requested letter from all regulatory agencies <br /> regarding the need to promptly address the contamination of <br /> off-site drinking water wells . The regulatory agencies are <br /> going to think over what needs to be done here and will respond <br /> in the future . <br /> The meeting broke up around noon without many firm commitments <br /> other than RWQCB agreeing to resample the Rose and Robertson <br /> wells and DDRW Tracy agreeing to provide bottled water for the <br /> Roses and do an off-site drinking water well survey . <br />
