Soil underling and <br /> surrounding the tanks will be tested for possible contamination. <br /> If any contaminated soil is detected, it will be removed and <br /> disposed of at a Class I landfill. <br /> The Closure Plan identifies the specific steps which will be <br /> followed to permanently close the unit to hazardous waste.
