Guzman, <br /> The United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) has reviewed the "Final <br /> Remedial Action Report for Solid Waste Management Unit 27, Small Excavation Site" dated <br /> August 2003, for the Tracy Depot in Tracy, California, and the signed pre-certification inspection <br /> report received via facsimile transmission on September 29, 2003 (see attachment).
