WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS - 8 - <br /> DEFENSE DISTRIBUTION REGION WEST TRACY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> E. Ground Water Limitations: <br /> The discharge shall not cause underlying ground water to: <br /> 1. Be degraded. Degradation, for the purpose of these waste discharge requirements, shall <br /> mean a statistically significant increase in pollutants, including salts and/or <br /> microorganisms. <br /> 2. Contain chemicals, heavy metals, or trace elements in concentrations that adversely <br /> affect beneficial uses or exceed maximum contaminant levels specified in 22 CCR <br /> Division 4, Chapter 15. <br /> 3. Exceed concentrations of radionuclides specified in 22 CCR, Division 4, Chapter 15. <br /> 4. Contain taste or odor-producing substances in concentrations that cause nuisance or <br /> adversely affect beneficial uses. <br /> 5. Contain concentrations of chemical constituents in amounts that adversely affect <br /> agricultural use. <br /> F. Provisions: <br /> 1. The Discharger may be required to submit technical reports as directed by the <br /> Executive Officer. <br /> 2. The Discharger shall comply with the attached Monitoring and Reporting Program No. <br /> 94- <br /> 3. The Discharger shall submit to the Board and the Department the following <br /> reports/documents for approval at least four weeks prior to the beginning of operation <br /> of the Operable Unit 1 system. <br /> a. Geologic well logs and well development data sheets for all extraction, injection, <br /> and monitor wells. <br />
