The Draft Work Plan was <br /> prepared by HDR Ie2M, on behalf of Defense Logistics Agency Enterprise Support San <br /> Joaquin, California (DESJC) for the Defense Distribution Depot (DDJC) Tracy site. <br /> The Draft Report has also been reviewed by the California Department of Toxic Substances <br /> Control and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) in letters dated <br /> March 4, 2010 and March 23, 2010, respectively.
