MONITORING WELL REDEVELOPMENT <br /> WORK PLAN ADDENDUM <br /> 1.0 PURPOSE <br /> 1.0.0.1. The purpose of this Work Plan Addendum is to describe Montgomery's <br /> approach to executing Scope of Work Options 2, 3, and 4 for redevelopment of up to 43 <br /> groundwater monitoring wells at the Defense Distribution Region West, Tracy, California <br /> (DDRW-Tracy). The plans described herein for redevelopment of specific wells are <br /> considered most appropriate given the best available information at this time. These plans <br /> may be subject to changes based on regulatory review of this Work Plan Addendum and/or <br /> changing priorities or conditions. <br /> 1.0.0.2. Field work will be conducted according to the plans described in this Work <br /> Plan Addendum. After field work is completed, a report will be prepared summarizing the <br /> field work accomplished. The work will be conducted in accordance with all federal, state, <br /> and local requirements and the existing regulatory approval procedures and work plans. <br /> 2.0 TECHNICAL APPROACH <br /> 2.1 GENERAL <br /> 2.1.0.1. All monitoring well redevelopment will be conducted in accordance with the <br /> existing DDRW-Tracy Comprehensive RI/FS Work Plan Addendum and the Well <br /> Monitoring Program Work Plan Addendum. This addendum to the Well Monitoring <br /> Program Work Plan describes details of redevelopment activities for options 2, 3, and 4, <br /> including a prioritized list of wells scheduled for redevelopment. <br /> 2.2 SCOPE <br /> 2.2.0.1. This Work Task includes the following Scope of Work (SOW) activities: <br /> SOW Activity Description <br /> A-12,Option 2 Development of 10 monitoring wells <br /> A-13,Option 3 Development of 20 monitoring wells <br /> A-14,Option 4 Development of 13 monitoring wells <br /> A description of the items to be included in each of the activities listed above is provided in <br /> Section 2.4. <br /> 2.3 BACKGROUND <br /> 2.3.0.1.
