This report was prepared on behalf of <br /> the City of Lathrop pursuant to the Regional Water Quality Control Board Waste <br /> Discharge Requirements Order No. R5-2005-0045. <br /> The City of Lathrop has agreed to take ownership of all wells described in Table 2 of the <br /> Workplan upon completion of the Mossdale Subarea development. At this time,these <br /> wells will become the complete responsibility of the City of Lathrop. In addition, all <br /> wastewater treatment facility wells as described in Table 4 of the Work Plan will also be <br /> owned by the City of Lathrop.
