First, the City shall provide an evaluation of the <br /> force main condition, including the need to conduct maintenance and/or improvements to prevent further <br /> sewage releases and to provide appropriate failure monitoring equipment. A time schedule shall be <br /> provided to implement the modifications recommended in this report. The City shall also provide copies <br /> of any existing engineering reports that address the condition/construction of the force main.
