According to Mr. <br /> Weihrouch, the used oil has been hauled away twice; only one disposal record was found on site. The hazardous <br /> waste sticker on the used oil tote lists a disposal date of July 22, 2015. Hazardous waste generators shall retain <br /> copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure <br /> on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all missing manifests <br /> and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> A 55 gallon black steel drum of waste absorbent was observed in the hazardous waste storage area with an open top. <br /> According to Mr. Weihrouch, the drum is closed when it becomes full. All hazardous waste containers shall be <br /> closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers and ensure all <br /> hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> Two 55 gallon black steel drums of used absorbent were observed in the hazardous waste storage area with no <br /> accumulation start date; disposal records on site indicated this waste was last disposed of on November 13, 2015. <br /> The used oil tote in the hazardous waste area was observed with no generator address.
