Immediately mark the date on these drums and ensure that all <br /> used oil filters are managed in this way. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by January 17, 2016. <br /> **According to Mr. Weihrouch, the business moved to this location in March 2015. The facility has generated 1.82 <br /> tons of hazardous waste so far in 2015. <br /> Note: The CERS submittal for this facility is under organization name Diesel Direct, but business name Wendt <br /> Construction. Mr. Weihrouch brought up his CERS account at the time of inspection and the information had <br /> been updated but not submitted. The EPA ID number listed on CERS was also updated during the inspection. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
