A plan of the site is illustrated on Figure 2.The work <br /> plan addendum was prepared in response to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(SCJEHD)comments and recommendations received verbally during an on-site meeting <br /> on 22 December 2005.The meeting was held to determine the approval of the ozone injection work <br /> plan and the preparation of a Corrective Action Plan for the southern UST release area. This work <br /> plan has been prepared in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> guidelines for the investigation of UST sites. The following is a summary of dates related to the <br /> ozone injection proposal: <br /> • 04 January 2005 -Ozone Injection Pilot Study Work Plan was prepared and submitted to the EHD. <br /> 07 February 2005 the EHD directed West Clay Properties to perform an ozone bench scale study that <br /> meets the Regional Water Quality Control Board's requirements. 08 February- Ozone Injection- <br /> Bench Scale Pilot Study was prepared and submitted to the EHD and the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board. <br /> • 17 February 2005 - the EHD directs additional assessment of the southern UST area, with <br /> requirements to install wells or sample at a depth of 180 feet bsg. <br /> • Comments approving the Ozone Injection -Bench Scale Pilot Study from the Board were received <br /> by electronic mail on 24 February 2005. 28 February 2005 -the EHD directs compliance with the <br /> Board's requirements. <br /> • 07 March 2005-the EHD issued a permit for soil sample collection for the Ozone Injection-Bench <br /> Scale Pilot Study. <br /> 837 Shaw Road, Stockton, California 95215 <br /> Telephone(209)467-1006 Fax (209)467-1118 <br />
