The black bucket did not have the hazardous property <br /> listed. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by January 29, 2015 . <br /> Consent to perform the inspection, take photos and collect samples was given by Bob Rogers, Store Manager. <br /> All violations are currently class II. <br /> Notes: <br /> -This facility opened in August 2014, have not had a hazardous waste pickup to date. It is unknown how much <br /> hazardous waste has been generated for the calendar year. <br /> -This facility maintains their dumpster in a fenced area near the "barn". They have a used oil container, 186g in <br /> the "barn". This container has not been put in service yet, the plan is to use it for a used oil collection center. <br /> "Pharmaceuticals" which may include prescription or over the counter human or veterinary drugs, shall be <br /> managed in a way which is compliant with the Medical Waste Management Act and the Hazardous Waste Control <br /> Act, whichever is applicable. Please contact your inspector for further information. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
