Since it cannot be determined how long the <br /> hazardous waste has been on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste <br /> under manifest. Submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> In the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil(3/4 full)was observed with a hazardous waste label missing the <br /> accumulation start date, physical property, hazardous property,contents, and the name and address of the <br /> generator. <br /> -One blue 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil(1/3 full)was missing a hazardous waste label. <br /> In the shop area: <br /> -One yellow 5 gallon portable drain pan containing used oil was missing a hazardous wastel label. <br /> -One black 1 gallon bucket containing used oil(full)was missing a hazardous waste label. <br /> -Seven 1 gallon plastic containers holding used oil were missing hazardous waste labels. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition(contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification farm to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by July 3, 2019. <br /> FA0021142 PRO538627 SCO01 06/03/2019 <br /> EHD 22-01 Rev.09/27/2018 Page 5 of 6 Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator OIR <br /> 1868 E.
