At time of inspection no repeat violations noted nor were any first time violations left uncorrected. Note: All first time violations were corrected during time of inspection. 804. Outside, west of the minimart, two boxes of Universal Waste(UW) lamps were left open, and were not labeled as universal waste lamps. The larger box had an accumulation start date of 3-22-12 and the facility did not demonstrate when the smaller box of lamps became a UW. UW lamps must be stored in a closed container and in a manner that prevents breakage and release to the environment. Continue to ensure that any UW lamp on site is properly stored in a closed compatible container. During the inspection Steve Coulter transferred the UW lamps to Lowes for Lowes to consolidate and dispose of properly. 804. Lamps (i.e., each lamp), or a container in which the lamps are contained, shall be labeled or marked clearly with the following phrase: "Universal Waste-Lamp(s)". Continue to ensure universal waste lamps are labeled per Title 22 Califomia Code of Regulations.
