One for the hazardous waste inspection, which I received, and one for the hazardous materials business plan (HMBP) inspections. Please refer to the HMBP inspection report for more detail on the violations.The violations were mostly CERS related with the exception of the training record. I have reviewed the CERS submittals to confirm the violations has been corrected and I have received a photo of the training record with the return to compliance for the hazardous waste inspection. The HMBP inspection violations were#2,#4,#5,#6, #7, #8,#11. For this certification to be complete,the operator of the site must include: a statement documenting what corrective actions were taken or will be taken for each violation, and/or copies of sample results/manifests/training records/other appropriate paperwork, and/or photos verifying corrections, as well as the operator's certification.
