Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the <br /> information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br /> -A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br /> -Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br /> -A change of business address, business ownership, or business name. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 11 HSC 25505(x)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. <br /> Employee training records were not available at the time of inspection. The business plan shall include provisions <br /> for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual refresher training. This training shall be <br /> documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three years. Immediately <br /> provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the training records to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 12 HSC 25505(c) Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel. <br /> Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the Chemical inventory upon request. The emergency <br /> response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by <br /> this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities <br /> for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. Immediately make arrangements to have the business <br /> plan readily available for review. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection, June 5, 2019. The EHD <br /> has written this complete report which replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the completed inspection report. <br /> Facility does not have internal roads and this element was not addressed on the site map. Please address this <br /> by either writing "NA" for not applicable or a statement that says the element is not on site. Please correct this <br /> by the next submittal. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
