COMPLAINANT ALLEGES ALL <br /> OF THE MEAT WAS SPOILED AND SMELLED BAD, COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS <br /> HAS HAPPENED TO THEM. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival spoke with store manager who states having no knowledge of complaint being made or of hearing any <br /> customers not satisfied with their meat products. Spoke with person in charge of meat department and they state having no <br /> knowledge of complaint as well.They state all meat that has discoloration, a foul odor or returned is not sold and placed into a <br /> grey bin they store inside of the walk in cooler. The meat display case is tempted at 40F and the meat in there had no foul <br /> odor or discoloration upon observation. Person in charge states that all meat is inspected when brought to facility and any <br /> meat not meeting expectations is returned to vendor.
