Commerce Street <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) in a letter dated July 30, 1993 , requested a <br /> work plan for the installation of three monitoring wells at the <br /> above referenced site be submitted by August 1, 1993 or written <br /> notification as to when this further investigation would be <br /> conducted. <br /> On April 8 , 1994 PHS/EHD staff met with you to discuss the need for <br /> the monitoring wells and soil contamination definition and <br /> remediation. A list of consultants was provided to you so you <br /> could obtain three bids for the work in order to comply with State <br /> Water Resources Control Board Cleanup Program requirements . <br /> To date PHS/EHD has not been notified by you as to when the further <br /> investigation will be conducted.
