Based on these results, your application has <br /> been approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. No more than 30 cubic yards per day of contaminated soil shall <br /> be added to active aeration piles. <br /> 2 . The excavated soil must be covered except when adding or <br /> removing soil. <br /> 3 .
