The soil is to remain <br /> covered until an aeration permit has been obtained from San Joaquin <br /> Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District. Please maintain the <br /> soil properly so it is not a nuisance for surrounding businesses or <br /> residences. <br /> Please notify PHS/EHD prior to any site activities at 729 N. <br /> Commerce or 1111 N.
