(Clearwater on behalf of Mrs. Mar) y <br /> Clarke and the Frederic Clarke Estate. Copies of this report will be sent to Mrs. <br /> Clarke and Ms. Margaret Lagorio of the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS). ' <br /> During this initial stage of site investigation, three groundwater monitoring <br /> wells were installed near the former locations of� two underground storage <br /> tanks (USTs). Soil and groundwater samples were collected and analyzed for <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons.` In addition one soil sample was taken `from the (— <br /> excavation stockpile at 1111 North Union Street in order to characterize the <br /> soil for disposal. <br /> t � ' <br /> Results of the investigation indicate that hydrocarbons have impacted <br /> groundwater at. the site, although.the lateral.extent- of:dissolved,hydrocarbons-o. <br /> in groundwater appears to be limited.
