Commerce Street Stockton <br /> Dear Ms. Lagorio: <br /> Yesterday, I mentioned to you, I had a meeting today with <br /> Mrs. Mary Clarke, Mr. Fredric Clarke's widow and <br /> administrator of his estate, and Mr. John Patridge, the <br /> probate attorney, to discuss how they desire to proceed <br /> and the potential involvement of the probate court. <br /> As you know, Clearwater Group was retained on an exigency <br /> basis to address the soil sampling plan for soil that had <br /> been transported offsite by another consultant. Although <br /> pre-approval has been denied, the administrator has <br /> decided to continue to retain Clearwater Group for the <br /> completion of an approved workplan. After approval of the <br /> workplan, it is our intent to obtain the requisite three <br /> bids on the scope of services outlined in the workplan. <br /> I have spoken with representatives of Clearwater Group and <br /> they inform nIe that they wiii not be able to work on the <br /> workplan until after the holidays.
