Highway 99, Stockton, <br /> submitted by Clearwater Group, Inc. for the stockpiled soil originating from the above referenced <br /> site and the native soil beneath it. No further investigation'of the soil at 7735 S';°. Highway 99, <br /> Stockton will be required by PHS/EHD. <br /> Some soil remains at 1111 N. Union, Stockton, from 729 S. Commerce, Stockton, and this soil <br /> still requires sampling and analysis so that decisions on its disposition can be evaluated. <br /> In addition, further investigation of the extent of soil 'contamination and a groundwater <br /> investigation still need to be conducted at 729 S. Commerce Street, Stockton. <br /> PHS/EHD recommends that the responsible parties contactthe State Water Resources Control <br /> Board Cleanup Fund Program for information on their'',I,reimbursement eligibility for the <br /> investigation and remediation costs associated with this site. <br /> A work plan for sampling the soil at 1111 N. Union Street, Stockton, and continuing the <br /> investigation at 729 S.
