By 11 February 2000, a technical report presenting the findings of the capture zone analysis. <br /> 5. By 29 February 2000, a report of findings for the installation and evaluation of the SVE treatment <br /> system. <br /> 6. By 29 February 2000, a work plan and time schedule for all field work necessary to fully define the <br /> lateral and vertical extent of groundwater and soil contamination and provide KMEP with the <br /> information necessary to develop a remedial action plan. <br /> 7. By 10 July 2000, submit a remedial action plan that includes a comprehensive strategy for all <br /> contamination at the site. <br /> Please inform me at least 72 hours in advance of any field work so I may be present to observe procedures <br /> and/or collect split samples.
