0 <br /> Mr. Steven Ferrara -2- 1 April 1994 <br /> By 20 April 1994 you are required to begin the work described in the work plan and begin pumping <br /> and treating contaminated ground water. When discharging treated ground water, you must comply <br /> with all of the requirements of Order No. 92-150 which was issued to you in July 1993. By 13 <br /> May 1994, you shall submit a report that presents the results of the soil gas survey and the proposed <br /> well locations, a time schedule to complete the well installation and submit a report, and a progress <br /> report on the operation of the ground water extraction system.
