It is assumed that the field work will require up to a <br /> maxim-Lim of two field days to complete. <br /> Permitting and subcontract driller costs are included in this scope of work. The permitting <br /> costs are estimated at$500,which includes the County permit and additional time for <br /> County permit processing,inspection, and follow-up time. The subcontract drilling costs <br /> are estimated at$2,700,which is based on cost quotes from Gregg Drilling&Testing and <br /> Spectrtun Exploration. These two quotes are attached. <br /> Disposal at foreword Landfill will require analysis for the following constituents for <br /> investigation-derived waste(IDW) characterization: TPH gas and diesel, BTEX, and Total <br /> lead. It is assumed that the following will be performed by KMEP and that these costs are <br /> not included in this scope of work: <br /> • Sampling and analysis of drummed materials for IDW characterization <br /> • Disposal of the drummed materials <br /> Task 4—Attend 2x RWQCB Meetings <br /> Mr.Wuttig and Ms. Hiss will each prepare for and attend two project meetings between the <br /> RWQCB and KMEP to discuss remediation progress at the site. It is assumed that these <br /> meetings will be held at the RWQCB's office in Rancho Cordova,California. The estimated <br /> costs include air travel for Mr. Wuttig from Thousand Oaks to Rancho Cordova and local <br /> travel for Ms. Hiss from Sacramento to Rancho Cordova. <br /> Task 5— Project Management <br /> Mr. Wuttig will manage the project. Management activities will include coordinating and <br /> tracking the progress of the above work,coordinating with subcontractors,preparing <br /> monthly invoices, and preparing scopes of work for future work. It is assumed that Mr. <br /> Wuttig will spend, on average,four hours per month. Mr.Wuttig will be assisted by <br /> administrative staff,as necessary. <br /> We look forward to receiving a Task Order from KMEP authorizing this work.
