This report would also provide <br /> a summary of previous investigations,and a regional description of the site setting and <br /> hydrogeology for context. This investigation report,together with the results of testing the <br /> interim remedial measures currently in place at the site (i.e., the groundwater and soil vapor <br /> extraction and treatment systems),will be used as a basis for performing a feasibility study <br /> to identify the preferred remedy for the site so that a remedial action plan can be developed <br /> for the site. <br /> 5.0 Schedule <br /> The schedule for implementing the SAC work is consistent with discussions held with the <br /> RWQCB at the August 15,2001,meeting. The schedule to perform the field work <br /> the results to the RWQCB is as follows,assumingRW p o k and report <br /> the April 13,2001,Work Plan by October 5,2001RWQCB approval of this addendum to <br /> • October 8,2001 -Finalize agreement with CPT/drilling contractor;mobilize to site <br /> • October 15 to 26,2001 -Perform field work(2 weeks) <br /> • November 15,2001-Verbally report preliminary results of investigation in quarterly <br /> meeting <br /> The results of the SAC will be presented to the RWQCB at the next quarterly meeting,which <br /> is scheduled for November 15,2001. Any additional necessary investigative work would be <br /> implemented in an expeditious manner under a schedule agreed to with the RWQCB at the <br /> meeting. Assuming that no additional investigative work is necessary, the comprehensive <br /> investigation report,as described above,would be submitted by January 31,2002. If <br /> additional field investigation is required,however, then the report would be delayed <br /> accordingly and submitted at a later date as agreed to with the RWQCB. <br /> 6.0 References <br /> LFR Levine-Fricke.
