Chronology <br /> 10848 Copperopolis Rd., Stockton <br /> Page 2 <br /> August 26, 1998 <br /> Margaret Lagorio(PHS/EHD) discussed with Charles Hastings(Wisecarver's Attorney)that <br /> further work was necessary at the site and recommended having Wisecarver cooperate with other <br /> responsible parties and provide Cleanup Fund informational requirements. <br /> October 15, 1998 <br /> PHS/EHD sent a letter to all the responsible parties requiring a Work Plan for lateral and vertical <br /> contamination investigation at this site be submitted by November 16, 1998. <br /> February 16, 1999 <br /> PHS/EHD sent a letter to all the responsible parties giving 14 days to submit a Work Plan and <br /> warning that formal enforcement action by the District Attorneys office may be requested if the <br /> work plan is not submitted. <br /> March 16, 1999 <br /> PHS/EHD sent a second letter to all the responsible parties to submit a work plan because the first <br /> letter had an incorrect address for Janet Wisecarver. <br /> May 24, 1999 <br /> PHS/EHD sent a letter to the Janet Wisecarver and Poelstra Family Trust representatives <br /> requesting their attendance to a meeting at the PHS/EHD office to discuss their noncompliance. <br /> The Jee Family Trust address was incorrect. <br /> June 8, 1999 <br /> An office meeting was held at PHS/EHD. Mr. Poelstra was the only responsible party <br /> representative present. Mr. Poelstra does not believe he is responsible for the contamination and 1 <br /> does not plan to have any corrective action performed at this site. Janet Wisecarver did not <br /> appear at the meeting. A fax was received from Attorney Charles Hastings stating that i <br /> Wisecarver did not need to attend the meeting because she had filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy. <br /> July 30, 1999 I <br /> An office meeting was held at PHS/EHD. Mr. and Mrs. Jee came to the meeting. They said they <br /> gave Stockton Mortgage money to invest and don't know anything about the property. They felt <br /> Stockton Mortgage should solve the problem and will contact Stockton Mortgage Co. <br /> i <br /> i <br /> i <br /> i <br />
