Chronology 10848 Copperopolis Rd., Stockton Page 2 August 26, 1998 Margaret Lagorio(PHS/EHD) discussed with Charles Hastings(Wisecarver's Attorney)that further work was necessary at the site and recommended having Wisecarver cooperate with other responsible parties and provide Cleanup Fund informational requirements. October 15, 1998 PHS/EHD sent a letter to all the responsible parties requiring a Work Plan for lateral and vertical contamination investigation at this site be submitted by November 16, 1998. February 16, 1999 PHS/EHD sent a letter to all the responsible parties giving 14 days to submit a Work Plan and warning that formal enforcement action by the District Attorneys office may be requested if the work plan is not submitted. March 16, 1999 PHS/EHD sent a second letter to all the responsible parties to submit a work plan because the first letter had an incorrect address for Janet Wisecarver. May 24, 1999 PHS/EHD sent a letter to the Janet Wisecarver and Poelstra Family Trust representatives requesting their attendance to a meeting at the PHS/EHD office to discuss their noncompliance. The Jee Family Trust address was incorrect. June 8, 1999 An office meeting was held at PHS/EHD. Mr. Poelstra was the only responsible party representative present. Mr. Poelstra does not believe he is responsible for the contamination and 1 does not plan to have any corrective action performed at this site. Janet Wisecarver did not appear at the meeting. A fax was received from Attorney Charles Hastings stating that i Wisecarver did not need to attend the meeting because she had filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy. July 30, 1999 I An office meeting was held at PHS/EHD. Mr. and Mrs. Jee came to the meeting. They said they gave Stockton Mortgage money to invest and don't know anything about the property. They felt Stockton Mortgage should solve the problem and will contact Stockton Mortgage Co. i i i i
