Attention <br /> shall be given to the presence or absence of: <br /> a. Floating or suspended matter <br /> b. Discoloration <br /> c. Bottom deposits <br /> d. Aquatic life <br /> Notes on receiving water conditions shall be summarized in the monitoring report. <br /> GROUND WATER MONITORING <br /> The Discharger shall sample wells and submit reports in accordance with the plan <br /> approved by the Executive Officer as described in Provision C.3 of this Order. <br /> Samples shall be analyzed for the following constituents: <br /> Type of <br /> Constituent Units Sample Frequency <br /> Volatile Organic Compounds) ug/l Grab Quarterly <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> 1 Samples shall be analyzed by EPA Methods 601 and 602 <br />
