This well will be constructed as part of Lawrence Livermore <br /> National Laboratory's environmental restoration program, which is being <br /> conducted under the oversight of the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board. As is the case for all monitor wells that we install at Site 300 and on <br /> adjacent property, this well will be installed following San Joaquin County Local <br /> Health District rules and regulations. <br /> The well will be located in Section 33, Township 3 South, Range 4 East. <br /> A map showing its proposed location is enclosed. The well will be located on <br /> property owned by the State of California and administered by the Department <br /> of Parks and Recreation; the Department has given us permission to install this <br /> well. <br /> have enclosed the $35.00 Permit Application Filing Fee for the well. As <br /> in the past, I would appreciate your sending the approved Permit Application to <br /> me directly rather than to the drilling contractor. <br /> If there is any additional information that you require, please call me at <br /> (415) 422-0757.
