As required by Title 23 of the California Code of <br /> Regulations, Chapter 3, Subchapter 16, Article 5, Section 2652(c) , a <br /> written report, in the form of the "Underground Storage Tank <br /> Unauthorized Release (Leak)/Contamination Site Report", is hereby <br /> being submitted within five days of identification of the leak. <br /> The release occurred as a result of puncturing the end of the tank <br /> with an auger while attempting to obtain a soil sample.
