The contaminated soil is associated with <br /> an underground diesel fuel tank that was removed in 1985. As required by Title <br /> 23 of the California Administrative Code, Section 2652(c) , a written report, in <br /> the form of the "Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release (Leak)/ <br /> Contamination Site Report" , is hereby being submitted within five days of <br /> receipt of the analytical results confirming the presence of diesel <br /> contaminated soil. <br /> As discussed with Ms. Diane Hinson of the San Joaquin Local Health District on <br /> May 15, 1989, the enclosed leak report is being submitted to the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) as the lead agency. Ms. Hinson <br /> indicated that designation of the CVRWQCB as the lead agency for investigations <br /> involving contaminated soil, such as this case, is outlined in a letter from <br /> the CVRWQCB to the San Joaquin Local Health District.
