Except regarding the investigation <br /> schedule for the volatile organic compounds that escaped off-site from the <br /> General Services Area, the C&A time schedule is identical to that provided in <br /> your January 1989 workplan. <br /> A draft of the proposed C&A is enclosed for your rye iew, and r_ommerct. Please <br /> comment in writing on -the C&A provisions by 25 May 1939.
