These personnel have been <br /> specifically picked for their assignments based on their training <br /> and experience in their areas of responsibility. <br /> Personnel Proiect Function <br /> D. R. Gilmore Project Director <br /> J. M. Higgins Project Manager <br /> F. Halverson Safety and Health Coordinator <br /> M. Cristanetti Quality Control Coordinator <br /> T. Warren Site Restoration Support <br /> R. Kelly Analytical Chemistry Support <br /> K. Strahley Disposal Coordinator <br /> C. Daniel Explosive - Reactive Handling <br /> y <br /> 5. 5. 1 Problem Solving (Potential/Actual) <br /> When a potential problem area is identified before or <br /> during the project, the OSC, Project Manager, and necessary <br /> technical personnel will meet to discuss and resolve the <br /> best solution and/or technique to avoid the potential <br /> problem. The work plan which is developed in cooperation <br /> with the OSC will be utilized as a resource for the <br /> evaluation of potential problem areas as well as for the <br /> resolution to the problem. <br /> When an actual problem arises during the course of the <br /> project, the same management personnel will assemble. The <br /> decision-making process, may be accelerated due to the <br /> nature of the problem. <br /> In all cases, the LLNL OSC will make the final decision <br /> as to the best resolution of all problems. OHM's personnel <br /> will make recommendations and/or develop procedures to <br /> present to the OSC for his approval. These recommendations <br /> or procedures will be based on the combined experience base <br /> of the Project Manager and the required technical personnel. <br /> OHM's project team is extensively experienced in <br /> potential and actual problem solving. The combined team has <br /> solved literally thousands of operational/environmental <br />_ i problems associated with the cleanup of hazardous waste <br /> facilities. <br /> t <br /> OHM <br />
