Hickox Gray Davis gency Secretary Governor 'alifornia Environmental Protection Agency Notice of Final Permit Decision under Title 22, California Code of Regulations, Division 4.5 Decision Date: April 6, 2001 In accordance with the requirements of Title 22, California Code of Regulations, Section 66270.41 an 66271.4, the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) is providing this Notice of Final Class 2 Modification to a Hazardous Waste Facility Permit for the following RCRA hazardous waste management facility: General Dynamics OTS (California Inc.) 32727 Corral Hollow Road Tracy, California 95376 EPA ID No. CAD 000 626 762 A 45 day public comment period for the draft modified permit and Statement of Basis for the proposed RCRA Corrective Action Remedy Selection was held from January 17, 2001 through March 5, 2001. DTSC did not receive any public comments. Additionally, a public hearing was not requested. DTSC has made no substantial changes based on its own internal review to the draft modified permit that was circulated for public comment. In accordance with Title 22, California Code of Regulations, Section 66271.14(b)(3), the final permit decision becomes effective immediately.
