The operator is a <br /> subsidiary of General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems known as General <br /> Dynamics OTS (California Inc.). <br /> B. Compliance with California Fnvironmenta Tali Act(C - .A) <br /> The Department prepared a Negative Declaration for the original 1997 permit in accordance <br /> with the California Environmental Quality Act(Public Resources Code, Section 21000, et. <br /> seq.) and the State guidelines. The Department found that the project would not have any <br /> significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> For the permit modification approved in March 2001, the Department has prepared a Notice <br /> of Exemption in accordance with CEQA.
